Deploying an automation isn't the finish line. Once agents are live, we enter a monitoring phase where we validate performance against the success metrics defined in the automation report. We dig into the data to ensure every automation is delivering the value we projected.

This phase includes:

  • Iterative tuning and optimization based on real-world results
  • Edge case identification and handling
  • Full knowledge transfer to your team

The goal is full independence. When the engagement ends, your team owns and operates everything. No ongoing dependency on me to keep the lights on.
